Earlier this year my husband and I were searching for a romantic, quiet, and peaceful place with jaw dropping views for our elopement. We were so lucky to have found the Eagle Dancer! Every step of the process was seamless. From the moment we saw pictures, to Akilah assisting us with the booking, to meeting Lauren at check in and every check in by Iona; we felt so taken care of. Every person we encountered during booking, during our stay, and with every check in; made us feel so welcomed and cared for. The estate will speak for itself with how serene and immaculate it is kept; no stone out of place. The water fall outside of our casita made early morning coffees feel like paradise. Any which way you're standing you have breathtaking panoramic views of the red rocks. Lauren, you are an absolute angel, we can't thank you enough for taking time out of your day to be a part of our elopement! We had Chef David prepare a delicious private dinner right in our casita; where we were able to soak up our first dinner as newly weds under the stars and the full moon. We had a wonderful couples massage on property; we wished we had more time to enjoy other wellness offerings at the resort. If you're looking for a luxurious way to reset and to escape the world, this is it! I am still having dreams our perfect elopement and it all came together because of the Eagle Dancer!

We have been fortunate to stay at some very high end properties around the world and yet Eagle Dancer Resort was far beyond our expectations and spectacular in every sense. The location and views from the property are breathtaking. The architecture and landscaping are fascinating and create a wonderful relaxing environment, with the sound of fountains everywhere. Iona, Huib, Lauren and the team have taken hospitality to a higher level and you feel so welcome throughout the stay. Our room was beautifully designed with gorgeous furniture, modern kitchen and large shower with double showerheads. The spa treatments along with steam room, sauna, and pool were memorable experiences and we can't wait to return.

Our stay at Eagle Dancing Resort was truly special. The energy of the property is calm, grounding, and uplifting, with breathtaking views that invite you to slow down and be present. The owners and staff were incredibly kind, warm, and attentive and you can feel how much care they put into the space and the experience. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. We left feeling restored and will absolutely be back.

HOLY COW!! To say this place exceeded our expectations, would be an understatement. My husband and I wanted to go on a hiking trip and someone suggested Sedona. (Note: we've never hiked before!) We also like to eat and drink wine so thought this was a good spot even if we wound up not liking the hiking. We went in early December and the weather was chilly in the morning but warmed up during the day. We hiked for hours four of the six days we were there. We loved it! As other reviewers have mentioned, the trailheads are on the property. You literally walk out your door onto the mountains. We found Eagle Dancer by doing a Google search and wondered how could a place have all five-star reviews? Now we know why. The location is fantastic; the hosts are phenomenal; and the activities are amazing. Seriously. There is absolutely nothing negative about this place. There are only a few rooms (all with fireplaces) so it feels very private. We stayed in the Upper Casita. I think it had the best possible view and would highly recommend that room. It does not matter that there is not a restaurant here because there are many restaurants within a short drive and there is a Whole Foods at the bottom of the hill where you can pick up snacks/breakfast. The hosts also stock a mini fridge with complimentary snacks. Yes, complimentary! Yogurt, granola bars, nuts and more. When we were there they offered a wellness package and we signed up for it. We got fresh juice in the morning and participated in daily meditation and Yin yoga. We loved it even though we had never done anything like that before. We also enjoyed a sound bath for the first time and are now totally addicted and looking for sound baths in our hometown. We also enjoyed a couple's massage and loved it. The spa is not a traditional large indoor spa facility but there is a sauna, steam room, hot tub and pool. It is all outside and the views are spectacular. I literally could go on and on but suffice it to say you will not be disappointed if you stay here. We are deciding whether to go back in the summer or winter. We missed it the moment we left. Thank you Iona and Hub for all the memories

My partner and I had massages at Eagle Dancer and the experience was totally transcendental! Omkari and Scott were our practitioners - they are so skilled at what they do and such genuinely warm people. We felt like peaceful and happy wet noodles post treatment! The property is stunning, unlike any place I’ve ever been. The owners put their heart and soul into it, and you can feel that everywhere. Iona, one of the owners, arranged our massages and kept in touch with helpful details about how to access the property. I had a prenatal massage and mentioned how much I liked the pregnancy pillow Omkari used, and Iona sent me the link for the pillow the next day. Truly kind and thoughtful people! Can’t recommend Eagle Dancer enough.

Iona and Huib and their property were simply amazing. We have experienced very nice stays across the world and Eagle Dancer is now ranked up at the top. 1) Iona and Huib are very warm, welcoming hosts. They were so easy to communicate with for all sorts of advice and questions that came up. They helped make the stay feel very inviting and comforting. 2). The location!!!!! The privacy, the seclusion and the views are simply amazing. We got to sit and watch the sun set with the complimentary bottle of wine Huib chose for us to try. The wine and the views blew us away. The thoughtful touches they left in the room for us were very much appreciated. We did NOT want to leave. When we return to Sedona with our family in tow, we will most definitely choose to stay with Huib and Iona at Eagle Dancer. Highly recommend!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Eagle Dancer in Sedona! From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel so welcome, and Lauren, the co-host, was especially kind and helpful throughout our stay. The location is incredible—you can access beautiful hiking trails right from the property, and the views of the Red Rocks are truly breathtaking. It felt like we were immersed in Sedona’s natural beauty the entire time. We stayed in the guest suite, which was cozy, peaceful, and perfectly set up for a tranquil getaway. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the different wine selections curated by the master sommelier available for purchase in the room, and the snacks that were left for us - perfect fuel before heading out on our hikes. After long days of exploring, the saltwater pool, hot tub, and sauna were the perfect way to relax and unwind. It made our stay feel like a full retreat experience. This resort is the perfect combination of comfort, relaxation, and connection to nature. It was a wonderfully peaceful escape, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I absolutely loved this place. Iona and her husband were very kind when we arrived and walked us through the property. It is the perfect getaway, and has the best views in Sedona. The entire property is peaceful, very well-kept, and the staff is five star. We got private massages from Omkari and Scott, and they were the best massages we have ever had. Additionally, we had a private "wine and sip", including painting the Eagle Mountain/surrounding landscape, led by a local artist named Sterling. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience, with the hospitality and property being top notch. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Sedona!
